WINTER PARKING FOR RESIDENTS
From December 1 through April 1, no vehicles shall park on any City street or highway between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The fine for violating § 505-28A shall be $40.

SCHEDULE
As with any small town, parking in our Historic District is limited during special events and festivals. We highly recommend that you carpool and plan accordingly for traffic delays.

CAN I PARK ON A STREET OVERNIGHT IF I DON'T LIVE IN PORT JERVIS?
No, however on a limited night to night basis and when no adverse weather is predicted; you may contact the Police Department at 845-856-5101 to ask for permission to park on the street of your guest house.
IS MY NEIGHBOR ALLOWED TO PARK IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE?
Yes, the city street is public property and anyone can park in a legal parking location for up to 24 hours.
